About Doug Milstein

aDoug Milstein is a lifelong South Shore Long Island resident, based in Amityville, with a background in building businesses, working with people, and navigating complex decisions with clarity.

Before entering real estate, Doug spent over a decade as Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer of UTP High Schools, an international education company he built from the ground up and helped lead through a successful sale. In that role, he focused on finance, operations, and communication — skills that now translate directly into helping clients navigate real estate transactions with confidence.

Doug’s approach to real estate is simple: bring clarity to a process that can often feel overwhelming. From pricing and preparation to offer analysis and closing, he works closely with clients to ensure each step is thoughtful, informed, and aligned with their goals.

Presentation is a key part of that process. Doug works with top-tier local real estate photographer, Josh Goetz, to ensure every home is showcased at the highest level, both online and in person.

He lives on the South Shore with his wife and their two daughters, Maya and Eden, and cares deeply about the communities he serves. Having grown up along the water, much of his time outside of work is still spent there, whether surfing, boating, or simply being out along the coast.
